​Our Medical Directors are actively involved and integrate seamlessly with your staff. We believe that a Medical Director should take an active role in the facilities that they serve. This means they physically visit on a routine basis, not once or twice a month.

If your site has mid-levels in it already, our medical directors will happily work in tandem with them however your facility wishes. If your facility does not have mid-levels in the facility regularly, contact us as we can provide them as well. However, we don’t require that our mid-levels be in a facility in order to use our medical directors.

Our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Eric Hasemeier, himself serves as medical director for several facilities and won the prestigious Medical Director of the year award from AMDA (The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine) in 2018.
