Dr. Eric Hasemeier
Dr. Eric Hasemeier, DO MBA CMD and his team of doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and licensed clinical social workers specialize in post-acute care following a hospital stay as well as long term care. He has worked in post-acute and long term care for over 20 years.
He graduated from Virginia Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and did his medical training at the University of North Texas where he finished 12th in his class.
Dr. Eric Hasemeier has received numerous honors and awards. In 2018, he was chosen as the Medical Director of the Year. by AMDA, The Society For Post Acute and Long-Term Care, In 2008, he was selected as one of “America’s Top Family Doctors” by the SLD Industries, INC. He has received the Sigma XI Award for outstanding research by the Scientific Research Society of North America.
He is certified by AMDA, The Society for Post-Acute Care and Long Term Care Medicine as well as The American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine. He is an active member of The Society for Post-Acute Care and Long Term Care Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Association.
Michelle Kelly brings a diverse background in biomedical engineering and healthcare administration to UltaCare Medical. Holding a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Health Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, Michelle has a proven track record in various healthcare roles.
Michelle’s experience includes serving as an Administrative Intern at the University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz campus, where she focused on patient satisfaction and associate engagement initiatives. She later joined Centura Health’s Supply Chain department, progressing from intern to Director of Support Services. In this role, she managed operations across multiple facilities including St. Anthony’s hospital, Ortho Colorado, St. Anthony’s Summit Hospital and multiple other freestanding clinics demonstrating exceptional leadership navigating a complex logistical environment.
Passionate about helping vulnerable populations, Michelle has volunteered with the Denver Hospice and worked part-time at Brookdale Parkplace assisted living facility. Joining UltaCare Medical in September 2021 as the Vice President of Business Operations, Michelle has played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and spear heading multiple initiatives vital to supporting the groups numerous providers across multiple states.
